03/27/13 - I received my order today and wanted to write to thank you! The blinds were easy to install and look terrific. They also darken the room more than the horizontal blinds I had in the room, which I'm very glad of. As I had explained to your customer service representative, the reason I switched from horizontal to vertical blinds was because my dog, Ozzie, liked to put his paw through the slats and look outside, and in doing so he broke a couple of the slats. Vertical blinds will eliminate that problem! Should I hear of anyone needing custom vertical blinds I will be sure to recommend your company. Thank you again.

02/14/13 - I ordered one Roman Shade as a test to see how well it was constructed. Needless to say, I was very pleased with the construction of the shade, the ease of installation, and the time it took to have the shade shipped to me. The only suggestion I have for Blindster, and it is a minor one, is to use Phillips Head screws for installation instead of the ones currently provided. Again, this is not a complaint, but merely a suggestion. I will be purchasing more Roman Shades in the future!
