02/02/2011 - I believe that customers should not only alert businesses to complaints but also to good customer service. Since I was unhappy with the way my first order was processed, I thought the owner would also like the positive feedback. Let's review. The first order was late and it did not come with the necessary hardware to hang them correctly. I was able to go to the local hardware store and get what I needed to hang them. The roman shades fit fine and I am happy with them. Since the owner applied that credit to my account, I ordered a variety of mini blinds. They came as stated and the order was just fine, no missing hardware and they look great. Not only will I be ordering more in the coming weeks, I also have referred you to my friend who will be placing her order for her home. Please alert the companies owner that it does pay to make things right with a customer.
