I'm Kyle Cox, Founder and CEO of Blindster, and I just want to say I'm sorry. I'm sorry because as a result of the worldwide pandemic we are all enduring, some orders are taking longer than expected to manufacture. Customer satisfaction is the backbone of this company and I've spent 10 years building Blindster into one of the largest custom window treatment companies in the country by satisfying our customers. When we have unhappy customers, I take it personally.
