Hello my name is Kyle Cox and I'm the founder and CEO of Blindster. I want to apologize in advance that as a result of the worldwide pandemic we are all enduring, some of our orders are taking longer than expected to manufacture. Please let me assure you that customer satisfaction is the backbone of my company and I've spent 10 years building Blindster into one of the largest custom window treatment companies in the country by satisfying our customers. When we have unhappy customers I truly take it personally.
The estimated shipping dates we provide for every product are updated regularly. I'm happy to report that many orders are now shipping faster than the estimated ship date! However, if your order is delayed I appreciate your patience and understanding during these unprecedented times and I promise to continue working as hard as possible until every order we manufacture ships on time.

We are open for business, producing and shipping our custom blinds, shades, and shutters every day as quickly as possible. All factories are operating in compliance with CDC, federal, state and local government COVID-19 regulations. Strict measures have been employed to ensure a safe and sanitary workplace. Masks must be worn and social distancing maintained at all times. Daily health screenings including temperature testing is required for all employees.
Our production times are longer than normal, but we do show the most current ship date estimate for each of our products. That information is provided by the factories and we are updating each product page with the new ship dates as we receive them. Please keep in mind that each product's estimated ship date is not a guarantee.
Our products are custom made-to-order and we require full payment before manufacturing can begin. Your credit card will be charge when you place your order, not when it ships. Orders will not be sent to the factory for production until full payment is received.
Sample orders are shipping on time in 1-2 business days, although we are out of stock on some product colors.
