Customer Satisfaction and Sales Representative

Supervisor: Operations Manager 

 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities: 

  • Work comfortably in a call-center environment with a focus on customer experience and short wait times
  • Maintain our goal of having the BEST customer service in the business
  • Attend initial and continuous on-the-job training to stay updated on products or company policy changes
  • Be able to identify customers needs, answer questions and use decision-making skills to determine whether the issue needs to be escalated
  • Build genuine and sustainable relationships with our customers
  • Demonstrate respect and concern for customers and have an upbeat attitude
  • Communicate with customers through various channels
  • Help match customers with products that are perfectly suited for their needs

Requirements: 

  • Must be fluent in English
  • Must be located within the greater Houston, TX area
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High school degree or GED required, some college experience or higher preferred
  • 1-2 years of customer service and call center experience preferred 

Additional Details: 

  • This is a full-time position, 30-40 hours per week
  • Hours of work will fall in between 8am-7pm Mon-Thurs, and 8am-5pm Fri
  • Salary is commensurate with experience
