See which Top-Down/Bottom-Up blinds and shades are right for you

If you haven't seen or heard of top-down/bottom-up blinds and shades before, you might be wondering what we're talking about. The "bottom-up" part is the easiest, that's what every shade does – when you want the shade open, it raises from the bottom and stacks up at the top of the window.

For the "top-down" part, the top of the fabric portion of the shade is also suspended by cords from the shade's headrail (this is the part that is affixed to the top of your window). That way, you can also lower the top of the shade down towards the bottom of the window. The bottom and the top of the shade operate independently, so you can move either one up or down in any combination.

FAQ

Top-down/bottom-up shades are a versatile window covering option that allows you to adjust both the top and bottom sections independently. This design provides excellent privacy while still letting in natural light, making them a popular choice for bedrooms, living rooms, and apartments.
