Customer Satisfaction and Sales Representative

Responsibilities

Are you faster than a speeding bullet? Stronger than a locomotive? Leap Tall Buildings in a single bound? Well… you should probably move along… we heard the Avengers are hiring. But if you are happy to help others, relate to almost anyone, have great conversations and can handle the following responsibilities, then let’s have a chat:

  • Work comfortably in a call-center environment with a focus on customer experience and short wait times.
  • Maintain our goal of having the BEST customer service in the business!
  • Attend initial and continuous on-the-job training to stay updated on products or company policy changes.
  • Be able to identify customers needs, answer questions and use decision-making skills to determine whether the issue needs to be escalated.
  • Build genuine and sustainable relationships with our customers.
  • Demonstrate respect and concern for customers and have an upbeat attitude.
  • Help match customers with products that are perfectly suited for their needs.

Requirements

  • Must be fluent in English.
  • Must be willing to relocate or located in Houston, Texas.
  • High school degree or GED required, some college experience or higher preferred.
  • 1-2 years of customer service and call center experience preferred.

Additional Details

  • This is a full-time position, 30-40 hours per week.
  • Hours of work will fall in between 8am-7pm Mon-Thurs, and 8am-5pm Fri.
  • Salary is commensurate with experience.
  • Includes healthcare contribution for full-time employees.
