Customer Satisfaction and Sales Representative

Responsibilities

This is a full-time position located in Houston, Texas. Employees are expected to work 30-40 hours per week in a call center environment between the hours of 8am and 7pm Monday through Thursday and 8am to 5pm on Fridays. This role is extremely customer-centric, as our customer satisfaction and sales team is the best in the business. For this position you will be required to:

  • Manage inbound calls to expedite the customer's experience and shorten wait times.
  • Maintain a specified level of customer satisfaction ratings, based on the criteria set by Blindster.
  • Follow various communication scripts when speaking with customers.
  • Attend mandatory initial and continuous on-the-job training to stay updated on products or company policy changes.
  • Use decision-making skills in line with company guidelines to determine whether an immediate resolution can be made or if the issue must be escalated to management.
  • Listen and identify customer issues, answer questions and provide resolutions to issues.
  • Answer customer questions via telephone, email and online chat.
  • Build sustainable customer relationships to promote future business and company growth.
  • Help streamline efficiency of Blindster and achieve company goals.
  • * Aid with customer's struggling to use the interface of BLINDSTER
  • Demonstrate respect and concern for customer needs and always have a pleasant attitude.
  • Follow up and provide post-call support with customers.
  • Must present the features and benefits of products that are best suited to the customer's needs.
  • Must sell additional services on top of the products sold.
  • Learn and understand Blindster's products and policies.
  • Preform additional duties as asked.

Requirements

  • Must be fluent in English
  • Bilingual skills are a plus, but not at all required
  • Must be located in, or willing to locate to Houston, Texas
  • High School Degree or GED required, some college experience preferred
  • 1-2 years of Customer Service and Call center experience preferred
